By booking our hauling and junk removal services, you agree to the following terms:

• Services Provided: We offer hauling, junk removal, and disposal of items as described in your booking. Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, explosives) are not accepted.

• Pricing & Estimates: Quotes are based on volume, weight, and type of material. Final pricing may vary if the load differs from the estimate.

• Scheduling & Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

• Access & Safety: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to items for removal. Our team reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.

• Liability: We handle items with care but are not responsible for incidental damage to property that occurs due to unsafe conditions, hidden damage, or improper installation of items.

• Ownership of Items: By allowing us to remove items, you confirm you have ownership rights or permission to dispose of them.
