• Cancellations: No fee if canceled 24+ hours before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations.

• Refunds: If service cannot be completed due to our error, you will receive a full refund. If access to items is blocked or unsafe, and service cannot be completed, no refund will be issued.

• Deposits: If applicable, deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide service.
